Kepler, Reverend Charles L. , 77 of Oklahoma City, passed away May 14, 2009. Retired Methodist and Unity minister, he was born March 29, 1932 in Fairfield, Iowa to Lucile and Leo Kepler. He attended Parsons College, Garrett Theological Seminary and Unity School of Christianity. He was preceded in death by his parents, and 2 sisters, Lucille Ireland and Carol Richards. He is survived by his partner, R. Carl Hicks of the home; mother of his children, Dorothy G. Kepler; 3 children, Kent and Linda of Oklahoma City, Kregg and Beth of Moore, Karyn and Brian Burrell of Vero Beach, Florida; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Evelyn Fordyce of Mound, Minnesota and Aileen Emry of Fairfield, Iowa; and a host of loved friends. Celebration of Life Service will be Monday, May 18, 11:00 a.m. at the United Life Spiritual Center, 3332 N. Meridian, Oklahoma City. Donations may be made to United Life Spiritual Center or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinsons Research.
