Charles "Chuck" Curtis Melton, 53, passed away on March 31, 2025. He was born on August 11, 1971 to L.D. and Bitty Melton. He achieved a Bachelors from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and an MBA from University of Central Oklahoma. Charles and Deann married on May 20, 2000.

Charles enjoyed playing video games, fishing, and all sports, especially the St. Louis Cardinals, OU Sooners, and the Green Bay Packers. He had a deep love for his daughters and was so proud of them.

Charles was preceded in death by his father, LD "Luke" Melton; father-in-law, Hardin Lovelace Jr.; and sister-in-law, Becky Swift.

He is survived by his wife, Deann; daughters, Bailey Marie Melton and Allison Gayle Melton; mother-in-law, Donna Gayle Lovelace; niece, Arik Michelle Thompson and husband Kodi; and best friends, Lee Garde and Dean Taylor.

A memorial service to celebrate Chuck's life will be Friday, April 4 at 4:00pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel, Bethany, Oklahoma.
