Charlene Culbertson, 83, of OKC, transitioned in spirit to the Lord on November 7, 2015 after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Daughter of Ila (Adair) and Charlie Moorhead, she was the loving wife of 60 years of James W. Culbertson, mother of three children: Bill, Steve and Cheri, grandmother to many adored grandchildren, and sister to Michael Moorhead. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Clifton and Cecil, and grandson Mathew Culbertson. Viewing will be Tuesday, 9am-9pm, with family present 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Wednesday, November 11, 10:00am at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Resurrection Cemetery.
