Catherine Irene Sanders, 65, died June 10, 2014. She was born May 2, 1949 in OKC and is the daughter of Augusta I. (Burke) Logan. She worked as a receptionist for KXY Radio and Pepsi. An avid NASCAR fan, she was a Den Mother, devoted volunteer and recipient of numerous awards from the Last Frontier Council of the Boy Scouts of America and enjoyed collecting angels, eagles and butterflies. She was also a CB radio enthusiast knows as "Ragdoll." Catherine was preceded in death by her mother and her husband, Venoy. Survivors include her sons, Tony Toppenberg and wife Kelsey, Seattle, WA, Erik Toppenberg and wife Erin, Manhattan Beach, CA; brothers, Dan Logan and wife Vicki, David Logan, Bruce Logan and wife Fran; and 6 grandchildren. Memorial service will be Saturday, June 14, 10:00am at Mercer-Adams Chapel. Inurnment will follow at 3:00pm in Doxey Cemetery, Sayre, OK. As an expression of remembrance, the family has requested donations be made to the Last Frontier Council, Boy Scouts of America, 3031 NW 64th, Oklahoma City, Ok. 73116.
