Carrie Elizabeth Carter, 45, died February 26, 2020 in Thackerville, OK. She was born October 8, 1974 in Oklahoma City. She was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. She was trained in fiber optics while in the Air Force and did work in that field. Carrie enjoyed woodworking.
