Carolyn Sue Shidler Small was born in Oklahoma City, OK, August 11, 1937, and moved to heaven, October 6, 2010. Carolyn graduated from Putnam City High School in 1955 and Oklahoma State Tech in 1982. She was a long time member of Putnam City Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her son, Ivan Earl Small, her parents, Ivan and Lee Shidler, grandparents, aunts, uncles and one cousin. Carolyn leaves behind her daughter, Kay Smith of Edmond; sister, Judy Walker and husband Jim of Oklahoma City; niece, Vickie Sperling and daughter, Kayla Smith of Oklahoma City; nephew, Jared Sperling and wife Cherilyn and their children, Brandon, Evan, Justin and Payton of Corpus Christi, TX; one uncle, many cousins, friends and dear friend Debbie Kudo and family who Carolyn considered as her daughter. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 15 at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
