Carol Jean Thompson was born to Gladys and Lloyd E. Sharp on April 22, 1929. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 17, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Randy and granddaughter, Randy Lynn; the father of her boys, Homer Moser; loving husbands, Arvil Jones, Ben Howard and Melville L. Thompson; and brother, Bill. Carol is survived by her son, Gary; two grandchildren; one granddaughter-in-law; one grandson-in-law; and one new great-granddaughter. She enjoyed making flower arrangements for her church, being with the "Bethany bunch," and appreciated her church family. She worked at Putnam City School as a hostess and class monitor. A special thank you to Mike, Portia, and Paul who gave Carol special care. Viewing will be Wednesday, May 20, 9am to 9pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be held Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 2:00pm at Village Baptist Church, with interment to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
