Carol Minard, 77, of Oklahoma City, passed away on February 20, 2026. She was born to Carl and Emma Dobbs on March 12, 1948, in Oklahoma City.

Carol was married to Tommy Minard. Together they built a life in their community and shared years of love, life, and family. She retired from the American Cancer Society and loved spending time with her friends and family, quilting, painting and gardening.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. She is survived by her son, Michael Burdick; her stepsons, Ryan Minard and Martin Minard; her brother, Mark Dobbs; 3 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Viewing at Mercer-Adams is Thursday from 12-8pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 27, 11:00am, at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, OK.
