Carol Jean Foster, 67, died February 25, 2018. She was born April 4, 1950 to Owen Ward Foster, Sr. and Mary Virginia (Chain) Foster. She graduated from high school in Fort Worth, TX and Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, OK. Carol was employed as a day care worker at Council Road Baptist Church for over 25 years. She was a member of Bethany First Church of the Nazarene for 45 years and a member of the Heart to Heart Class. She attended Bible study and took part in multiple mission trips. She loved the Lord from the depths of her heart and served Him faithfully. She was a devoted follower of Christ, a mighty prayer warrior and a wonderful daughter, friend and sister. She loved Mardel, Dr. Pepper, getting her nails and hair done, mission trips, her church family, and especially her precious sister, Barbara and niece, Brandy. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Owen Ward Foster, Jr. and brother-in-law, Jay Cartmill. Survivors include her siblings, Barbara Sue Cartmill and Donna Rae Montgomery; and nieces, Brandy Montgomery and Jeanette Pickett; and nephew, Christopher Montgomery. Viewing will be Wednesday, 9am-9pm, with family present from 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Thursday, March 1, 10:00am at Bethany First Church of the Nazarene, Chapel in the Round with interment in Bethany Cemetery.
