Buddy Conley Brewer, 87, died January 26, 2018 in OKC. He was born May 12, 1930 in Piedmont, OK to William and Francis (Martin) Brewer. He was the owner/operator of Brewers Heating and Air. He was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Bethany, and a former member of the Elks Lodge and the Confederate Air Force. He was a fan of OSU and NASCAR and had raced cars at Taft Stadium. On Oct. 2, 1947, he married Rose Ellen Pruett in El Reno, OK. She preceded him in death in 2011. He was also preceded by his parents, 11 brothers and sisters, granddaughter, Kimberly Woolf, grandson, Matthew Beal, and son-in-law, Mike Childers. Survivors include one son, Charles Brewer and wife Nancy of Piedmont; 2 daughters, Connie Childers of Yukon and Dianna Beal and husband Glenn of Carney, OK; 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Viewing will be Monday, 9am-9pm, with family present from 4-6pm at Mercer-Adams.
