Brenda Mae Carter, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away peacefully at the age of 73 on October 10, 2024, in Oklahoma City, OK with loved ones by her side. She was born on October 6, 1951, in Stoddard, MO to R.D. and Lola Gene Woody.

Brenda is survived by two sons, Carl Boothe and Phillip Boothe; daughter-in-law, Wanda Boothe; two grandchildren, Paisley and Isabelle Boothe, all from Bethany, OK; one sister, Della Pratt from Turlock, CA; and two brothers, Robert Woody from Turlock, CA, and Rodney Woody from Greenwood, AR.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Woody.

Brenda will be remembered for her smile, kind heart and unwavering strength of love for the Lord and her family. She loved her puppy, Muffin, with all her heart. She loved to crochet, picture bead, read the Bible and spend time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.
