Brady Kirk Buchert, 26, was called Home on December 19th, 2024, in Mustang, OK. He was born on May 12, 1998, in Oklahoma City, OK to Byron Kirk Buchert and Susan Michelle (Barker) Buchert.

Brady held a class B commercial driver's license and was studying for class A. He was also enrolled at OCCC, eager to follow his father's footsteps in becoming an electrical engineer.

Brady enjoyed the outdoors and working with his hands, always mentioning how fulfilling it was to work at places like Junk Boss and Battison Honda. Brady spoke with passion about the early morning May Club meetings and Teen Challenge group. He often mentioned how the community surrounding recovery was supportive unlike any other which ultimately brought him closer to the Lord.

Brady filled his free time working with his hands and could likely be found in the garage with his head under the hood of a car, standing over a bundle of wires or building or fixing something. He spent his time cheering on the Sooners in the fall, grilling, and smoking meat, binge-watching Star Trek or Star Wars, and enthusiastically playing Call of Duty. Brady was known for his Faith, kindness, unconditional love, and putting others before himself. If anything was broken, or emotional support was needed, Brady was there.

He is survived by his father, Byron Buchert; sister, Katie Muter; and brother-in-law Chris Muter.

Viewing will be Thursday, December 26 from 12pm-8pm with family present from 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service in Bethany. Service will be 10am Friday, December 27 in Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
