Bonnie Mae Jones, 86, died May 9, 2009. She was born February 6, 1923 in Checotah, Oklahoma. She married J.F. Theron Jones in 1959 and was married 48 years until his death in 2007. She was a devout parishioner of Eagles Crest Fellowship. Preceded in death by her brother, Gene, she is survived by her brother W.C. Boren of Kansas; 2 step-children, Earl T. Jones (wife Eddie Lee died 2004), Joy Jones-Armstrong and husband Terry; grandchildren: Shonna Cartmell, Jennifer Godfrey, Jason Jones (died 2004), Davene Nelson, Shane Holly, Chad Hamilton, great-grandchildren: Blake and Brittany Cartmell, Kyle Nelson, Seiya, Joshua and Korbin Jones, and Mason and Grace Godfrey. Services will be Wednesday, May 13, 11:00 a.m. at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Resurrection Cemetery.
