Bonita Lucille Osburn Drechsler was born on September 6, 1921 in Osburn, Arkansas to Roy and Bessie Pearl (Terry) Osburn. 92 years later, on April 11, 2014, God sent angels to receive her in Oklahoma City, OK. She graduated from Medford High School in 1940. Bonnie worked for S.W. Bell for 42 years. She married Charles Edward Drechsler, Jr. in 1949 in Medford, OK, and enjoyed 40 years together. She was a member of Forest Hill Christian Church. Bonnie was very involved with her two sons in all their activities including Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. Long after her sons went to Boy Scouts, she continued serving as a Den Mother to other boys. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, and her parents, Roy and Bessie. She is survived by her son, Michael and his wife Gena, of Chickasha, OK, her son, Mark, of Piedmont, OK; 8 grandchildren, Aubrey, Anthony, Austin, Rili, Rhyder, Rhyon, Sarah and Rachel; and one great-grandson, Eli. Other survivors include her brothers, Zane Osburn of Medford, OK, Kenneth Osburn of Wakita, OK; and sisters, Nadine Charles of Enid, OK, Coleen Powell of Hemet, CA, Phyllis Templeton of Wellington, KS and Evelyn Keith of Medford, OK.
