Bob Brown, 78, died March 19, 2016 in Oklahoma City. He was born December 2, 1937 in Oklahoma City, the son of Robert Charles and Kathleen (McClain) Brown, Sr. On July 20, 1962, he married Patti C. Wynn in Oklahoma City; she preceded him in death. Bob was the owner and operator of Wesco Classic Chevy Parts. In 1994, he founded the Late Great Chevy Club of Oklahoma City. Bob enjoyed drag racing and off-road racing. Survivors include a son, Dahl Brown and wife Janean of Bethany; a daughter, Cami Wright and husband Chris of Edmond; brother, Jerry Brown and wife Patricia of Bethany; grandchildren, Brandon Wright and wife Rebecca of Oklahoma City, Brittany Leath and husband Ryan of Edmond, Reagan, Ramsey and Riley Brown, all of Bethany; great-grandchildren, Ashlyn and Adelyn Wright; brother-in-law, Dee Wynn and wife Marsha; nieces and nephews, Tracy, Tara, Blakely, Braden, Chele and Trey. Viewing will be from 9:00am to 9:00pm Tuesday, March 22 at Mercer Adams. Services will be 10:00am Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Olivet Baptist Church, 1201 NW 10th St., OKC with interment to follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
