Billie Johneta Hodges Wilson, 90, died December 6, 2020 in Oklahoma City. She was born December 23, 1929 in Snyder, Texas to James Eulan and Bessie Mae (Gladson) Hodges. Billie held a Master's degree and was a registered nurse at Baptist Hospital and worked for the Masonic Charity Foundation. She was a member of St. David's Episcopal Church. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia Logan; and her sons, Michael Logan and Aaron Wilson. Survivors include her daughter, Amy Liebetreu of Oklahoma City; and grandchildren, James Frisbie, Olivia Frisbie, Jerimy Logan, and Natalie Liebetreu; and great-grandchild, Rowan. Memorial services will be Thursday, December 10, 2:00pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel with inurnment in Snyder Cemetery, Snyder Texas. Logan, Executive Director of Masonic Charity Foundation of Oklahoma:Dear Board Members, Today, we were notified that Mrs. Billie Wilson, administrator of the Masonic Home from December 7, 1981, until her retirement on January 1, 1995, died on December 6, 2020, from COVID related pneumonia. The Masonic Home Board of Control report presented in the 1982 Grand Lodge Proceedings said in part, "We were fortunate in acquiring the services of Billie Wilson as our superintendent of homes. Billie is a very capable, dedicated person, loved by all of our residents, an efficient administrator, registered nurse, and well qualified. Our homes will be a much better and satisfactory place to reside." In October 1994, after receiving notice of Billie's intention to retire, the Board commented that "she has done an excellent job through her leadership skills, being a people person, and being a registered nurse." .
