Billie Jean Williams, age 80, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, died Saturday, December 26, 2009, at Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City. She was the daughter of the late Richard Howell and the late Birdie Howell. She is survived by sons Jimmy Williams and wife Denise, Tommy Williams, Paul Williams and wife Debbie; daughter Donna Hugg; sisters Mona Cornett and Wanda Fern Howell; 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be Thursday, December 31, 2:00 p.m. at Rock Creek Cemetery, Duncan, Oklahoma.
