Billie Jane Kesler, 93, went to be with her Lord on December 12, 2014, in Oklahoma City. She was born September 27, 1921 in Wellington, TX to Vee and Blanche Eoff. She married Howard Kesler on November 20, 1941, and they shared 67 years together before his death in 2008. She was also preceded by a son, James Bert Kesler. Billie was a school teacher in the Abilene Public School District for 14 years. She was a dedicated follower of Jesus Christ who loved to study God's Word and help women in particular grow in their faith. Billie will be remembered for her great sense of humor and tremendous love for her family. Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Day and husband Weldon of Wichita Falls, TX, Darise Hails and husband Rocky of Oklahoma City; 3 grandchildren, Claire Day Geppelt and husband, Josh, Heather Hails, and Sean Hails and wife Kelsey; and 2 great grandchildren, Gibson and Lincoln Geppelt.
