Billy Floyd "Bill" Porterfield died September 15, 2012, in Oklahoma City. He was born January 1, 1928, to Thomas Zaccheus and Bessie Ollie (Brake) Porterfield in Ray City, OK. Bill married the love of his life, Winnolia Crain, on July 13, 1956. Bill received his Bachelors degree from Oklahoma City University. He proudly served his country in the US Navy and worked as a supervisor for AT&T. He was also a proud member of the Central Oklahoma Woodturners Association, as well as a member of Kelham Baptist Church. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers, and 2 sisters. He is survived by his wife, Winnolia; son, Phil and wife Judith of Leeds, Maine; daughter, Randa and husband Richard of Amarillo, TX; son, James Neal and wife Shirley of Bethany, OK; son, Zack of Oklahoma City; 11 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Central Oklahoma Woodturners Association or to Kelham Baptist Church.
