Bert Malcolm Langdon, 95, died December 8, 2019 in Oklahoma City. He was born August 26, 1924 in Maysville, Oklahoma to Orson and Effie (Roe) Langdon. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army serving in WWII. On May 26, 1947, he married Iris Delena McKnight, "Deane," in Lawton, Oklahoma. He was a retired pastor and missionary. Bert moved to Oklahoma from Lompoc, CA. He enjoyed playing solitaire on his computer and reading comics. Bert and Deane were "walkers." In recent years, their distance declined to about one-half mile daily, but during their many travels their footprints appeared in 76 countries. Bert was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Kenneth. Survivors include his wife, Iris "Deane," two sons, Robert Langdon and wife JaNice of Yukon, OK and John C. Langdon of Ashville, NC; daughter, Alexa Langdon of Lompoc, CA; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Services will be at a later date. Services Later
