Obituary

Bernard "Tom" Robb Jr., 75, of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2025. He was born in New Martinsville, WV, on July 9, 1950, the only son of the late Bernard T. Robb, Sr. and Elwyn L. Robb.

Tom was a graduate of Putnam City High School in Oklahoma City, OK. He served his country in the United States Air Force, working as a C-130 Hercules aircraft mechanic during the Vietnam War. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and later a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University. Before retiring, Tom had a long and successful career with Western Electric, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Alcatel-Lucent.

Tom spent the later years of his life in Mooresville, NC, where he was an active member of his church and frequently volunteered with Samaritan's Purse. He had a lifelong love of aviation and was an avid sports fan, with fondness for the Oklahoma State Cowboys, Washington Commanders, and all types of auto-racing.

Tom is survived by his two sons, Paul of Oklahoma City, OK, and Matthew of Denver, CO; two loving daughters-in-law, April and Gina; eight grandchildren, Cooper, Ethan, Alexander, T.J., Elizabeth, Gabriel, Oliver, and Kian; along with many other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

A memorial service will be held at Mercer-Adams Chapel, 3925 N. Asbury Avenue, Bethany, OK, on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
