Bea Vavak, 81, died March 16, 2016 in OKC. She was born September 15, 1934 in Crystal Springs, MS to William and Bonnie (Davis) Jackson. On May 28, 1959, she married the love of her life, Garry D. Vavak in OKC. She retired after 32 years from the International Pentecostal Holiness Church Headquarters. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Bonnie Jackson. Survivors include her husband, Garry of Bethany; children, Terri Vavak of Bethany, Sheila Sellers and husband Randy of Cabot, Arkansas, Ronnie Vavak of Bethany, and Michele Hardy and husband Deral of Bethany; grandchildren, Haley Stevens and husband Justin of Edmond, Jonathan Sellers and fiance Summer Hill of Edmond, Dana Sellers of Peace Corps, Zambia Africa, and Carson Hardy of Bethany. Viewing will be Friday, noon-9pm, with family present from 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Saturday, March 19, 2:00pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Bethany Cemetery.
