Barbara Lee Manning was born June 10, 1931 in Oklahoma City, OK to Clifford and Betty Moore. She went to be with her Lord on May 25, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. She graduated from Central High School in 1949 and was a member of the Black Skirt Pep Club and was a cheerleader. Barbara was a longtime member of Baptist Temple and was active in WMU, Lunch Bunch, Garden Club and Travel Club, worked at Baptist Hospital and was the office manager of the family business, Manning Plumbing. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Raymond Manning; sons, Mike and wife Rhonda, Steve and wife Pam, and Jerry and wife Jeanetta. She was a loving "Meme" to seven grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. Viewing will be Wed. and Thurs., May 28 and 29 with family present Thurs. from 6-8 p.m. at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service, 3925 N. Asbury, Bethany, OK. Services will be held Friday, May 30, 2014 at Baptist Temple at 10:00 a.m. with interment following at Rose Hill Burial Park.
