He did very well in 2020 and was on target to more than double his income in 2021. It was not surprising that he was doing so well in this new venture. At the age of 10 he moved to Richmond, Virginia where he continued playing baseball but also was very good at basketball and football. Austin was recruited from several colleges as a pitcher but elected to play baseball for Randolph Macon, a college in Virginia, before transferring to his dream school, The University of Oklahoma, to finish his education. One of Austins many legacies will be his love for his family and friends. Anytime he would leave he would tell his family how much he loved them. Austin had a way of making all his friends feel like they were his family as well. As a result, he was loved by many in Georgia, Virginia, and Oklahoma. All that knew him understood his love and it was treasured.
