Audrey Marion Waterman died peacefully on December 18, 2009 at the age of 84. She was born March 23, 1925 in Saint Louis, Missouri to Joseph D. and Mildred McKean. Marion was a graduate of Putnam City High School and later attended Oklahoma State University. She was an active member of the Metropolitan Baptist Church. Marion was a devoted wife and mother, beloved grandmother, and recently welcomed the arrival of her great-grandson. She loved being surrounded by family, especially during the holidays, and will be greatly missed. Marion was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Waterman; sister Barbara L. Crawford; and foster sister Sylvia Snipes. Marion is survived by her son Randy Waterman and granddaughter Brooke Waterman; son Bruce Waterman and wife DAnn; grandsons Matt Waterman and wife Kristy, Luke Waterman, and Jacob Waterman; her great-grandson David Waterman; brothers Allen P. McKean and wife Dorothy, Dr. Joseph D. McKean, Jr., and Len A. McKean and wife Sandy; sister Karen K. Rowland; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at Mercer-Adams Chapel, Bethany, OK with interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
