Ashley Lauren Stevens, 22, ran into the arms of Jesus December 31, 2016. She was born December 4, 1994 in OKC to Eric and Melanie (Ray) Stevens. She was a graduate of Putnam City West and a member of Putnam City Baptist Church. Survivors include her parents, Melanie, Eric and Sandra; brothers, Hunter and Clark; sisters, Macie and Harper; grandparents, Jim and Linda Young, Gary and Molly Ray, Gary and Karen Brantley, John Stevens and Warren and Sherie Milton; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends. Her life was richly blessed by the staff and students at Putnam City West High School and her medical team. Ashley was preceded in death by her grandmother, Phyllis Stevens. Viewing will be Wednesday, 11am-9pm, with family present from 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams. Graveside services will be Thursday, January 5, 9:00am in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial services will follow at 10:30am at Putnam City Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Putnam City Baptist Church Childrens Ministry.
