Antoinette Winnard, 67, died September 2, 2014 in OKC. She was born July 24, 1947 in McAlester, OK to Gerald and Anna Leona (Musser) Koontz. On July 1, 1982 she married Richard Ray Winnard in OKC. She was a member of the Edmond Amateur Radio Society, served as a tutor for OKC Literacy, and was a substitute teacher in the Edmond Public Schools. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Richard; sons, Larry Richard Messenger and wife Tabatha of Mustang, OK, Steven Harold Messenger of OKC; step-son, Richard Everett Winnard of Little Elm, TX; brother, Dennis Franklin Koontz and wife Kimberli Irene of OKC; sister, Geraldine Vegher and husband Don of Guthrie, OK; 3 grandchildren, Celia Kay Messenger, Richard Joseph Messenger, and Bryson Kapiloff. Viewing will be Monday, 9am-9pm at Mercer-Adams with family present from 4-7. Services will be Tuesday, Sept. 9, 10:00am at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery Chapel with interment following.
