Andrew Steven Cox, 19, of Oklahoma City, passed away January 8, 2012. He was born July 27, 1992 in Oklahoma City to Philip Cox and Valerie Mickelson. Andrew attended Putnam City and Edmond Public Schools, and graduated from Edmond Santa Fe High School. He enjoyed playing baseball and spending time with friends and family. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bill and Martha Jones. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Philip and Sabrina Cox; two siblings, Arienne Wiley and Ian Cox; his mother, Valerie Mickelson; and paternal grandparents, William Cox, Sr. and Madeleine Cox. Visitation will be Thursday, 9am-9pm, with the family present from 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams. Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, January 13 at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment following in Yukon Cemetery.
