Amy Jeanne Packham South was born Aug. 6th, 1961 to Paul A. and Mary Packham, and passed away June 16th, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by her father, Amy is survived by a son, John Bandy, Denver, CO, his son Connor; daughter, Angela Bandy, Okla. City; her mother, Mary Packham, Okla. City; brothers John Packham, Reno, NV, and Scott (Tracie) Packham, Okla. City; sisters, Becky (Bill) Hardin, Okla. City and Kathleen (Don) Weaver, Reno, NV; one niece, five nephews and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. Amy wanted nothing more in life than to be an excellent mother, not only for her children but by extending her love and generosity to their friends who also called her "Mom". Amy had lasting childhood friendships and graced us all with her wit and wisdom. She loved babies, OU football, and going to casinos. She courageously faced the last year of her life by making the most of her time to travel with her children and spend time with her family. A special thanks to her hospice nurses, Mindy and Shellie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at 10:00am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with interment in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
