He was preceded in death by his three older brothers, Robert Liszeo, Fred Liszeo and Herman Liszeo. He joined the Army during World War II and received Field Artillery training while stationed at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He was in combat in New Guinea and in the Philippines. He is survived by his son, Lloyd Liszeo and wife Nancy of Okla. City and survived by his daughter, Sharon Patric and husband Alan of Yukon, OK. He is survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. After he left the military, he went to work at Tinker Field and eventually worked his way up to the Foreman over jet engine welding. These jobs normally required a college degree but he earned the job without a college education due to his hard work and his mechanical ability. He was a loving Father who always wanted the best for his children. He was known throughout his neighborhood as being very mechanical minded and he was always helping out his neighbors by repairing their lawnmowers, motorcycles, televisions and many other items. He never expected or received payment and was always glad to help. He loved to go to garage sales and usually spent every Friday and Saturday doing so. He also loved to go to the Northwest Auction every Tuesday night. He made many friends at the auction and has known many of them for over 20 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge for over 50 years. He was also a member of the Elk's Lodge. He was a member of the Baptist Temple Church for more than 50 years and was the Treasurer of his Sunday School class. Several years after his wife's death, he met and loved a special friend, Lennie Malson, of Durham, Oklahoma. She had also lost her spouse several years earlier. They spent many years enjoying each others companionship and visited every day on the telephone and saw each other frequently. Viewing will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, April 4th and 5th.
