Adam Mathes, age 34, passed away June 12, 2014 in his home. Adam was born January 15, 1980 in El Reno, Oklahoma. Adam was one of the greatest tattoo artists. He loved being with friends, his ferret, Polly Maug Mathes and family. When he was not spending time with friends and family he was creating paintings, crafts, and poetry. He had a passion for helping everyone. He was a serene and kindhearted man. He will truly be missed. Adam is survived by his Father, Dennis Mathes and Step Mother, Brenda Mathes, Son, Christian Paul Mathes, Sister, Candice Johnson and Billy Johnson, Grandmother, Joann Mathes, and many other Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.
